Pete Cammisa is a Managing Partner at Innovus Partners. He has spent the past 6+ years in the Oracle Hyperion EPM consulting world, delivering value-added solutions to Global 1000 companies. Raised in New Jersey, Pete has recently returned to the beautiful state and is excited to bring the New Jersey chapter back to life. As Chairperson of the OAUGNJ, Pete will work hard to build a strong organization and membership to allow the group to hold educational and networking events.
Ms. Paranjape is an experienced professional responsible for driving transformation of finance and technology functions. A qualified Chartered Accountant and CPA, she has over 20 years’ experience as a visionary and a leader in finance and strategy. Known as an innovative builder of teams, she has expert proficiency in helping companies achieve operational excellence. She has led teams to substantially improve their information security environment including Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Ms. Paranjape possesses solid leadership and communication skills and is adept at relationship building. She currently works for the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as part of their Risk team. Rupa's goal as a member is to work hard to build a strong organization and membership and empower Oracle users to keep current with the industry.
Meg (Trobiano) Smith
Director of Membership & Facility Planning
Meg is a Product Marketing Manager of Oracle Products for IBM Global Technology Solutions and has been working with Enterprise Applications for approximately 20 years. She enables many different sales teams to design innovative solutions that include the implementation and outsourcing of the Oracle portfolio. As a Board Member of the OAUGNJ, Meg will enable the OAUGNJ members to form a local community - to share information and experiences - on the latest trends and market solutions for their information needs.
Director of Finance
Linda Norell is a Director of Application Development at Automatic Data Processing. She has worked with Oracle Applications since 1995 in both IT and Finance capacities with a heavy concentration in Oracle Hyperion EPM products. Most recently Linda was the project manager for a new global Hyperion Financial Management implementation. As OAUGNJ Director of Finance Linda will work hard to ensure the financial stability of the chapter.
Director of Communications and Social Media
Gary Serrao is an Associate and Social Media Manager at Innovus Partners. He has spent the past few years as an Oracle Hyperion EPM consultant, working together with his clients and colleagues to implement innovative EPM solutions. Gary takes pride in sharpening his technical abilities and enjoys solving complex problems. As one of Innovus Partners’ Social Media managers, Gary is responsible for sharing valuable information and insights with their followers. A New Jersey native, Gary is proud to join the OAUGNJ and plans to leverage the knowledge and experience he has gained in the past few years to help the OAUGNJ grow its social media presence and reach, furthering the mission of the group to share knowledge and ideas.
Director of Speaker & Conference Planning
Andrew Smith is a Solution Director for OSI Consulting in the Mid-Atlantic region where he specializes in Oracle Applications and Technologies. He has 4+ years of experience in the Oracle ecosystem working with his clients, customers and colleagues across all industries and verticals to provide sales, solutions and Oracle channel management. As a new board member to OAUGNJ Andrew is looking forward to leveraging his wide network and professional relationships, along with his strong leadership skills and business acumen to ensure this chapter is successful and educational for all of its members and prospects. Andrew has lived and worked in New Jersey his entire life, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Services from East Carolina University.
RJ Linehan is a Managing Partner at Innovus Partners. He has been working with the Oracle Hyperion EPM/BI products since 1998. In that time, he has acquired a broad range of practical knowledge and implementation experience working with Oracle customers across various industries. As a Board Member of the OAUGNJ, RJ leverages his professional experience and network to improve members' experience with the group. He ensures that OAUGNJ members have access to valuable industry/product information, opportunities to collaborate within the group, and content-rich sessions relating to the EPM/BI products at group meetings.
